What you can expect from this 24 day Tropical Trek Adventure Safari: Chobe River cruise, bungy jumping, white water rafting on one of the few commercially rafted grade 5 rivers in the world, canoe and take a long hike along the coast or explore the markets of Inhambane, and the fantastic nightlife. Venture into the wild bush of Africa far from any form of civilization and track different species and explore the waterways of the world renowned Okavango Swamps, by mokoro.

Day 1: Khama Rhino Sanctuary BotswanaOn the first day of your African adventure tour, you head north and cross into Botswana and spend the first night camping at the Rhino Sanctuary. Dinner. |
Day 2: Maun, BotswanaToday you head to Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Here you have the choice of doing a scenic game flight over the Delta. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Days 3 & 4: Okavango Delta, Botswana (Optional)Today you head off in 4x4 into the Delta for a night where you explore the waterways by mokoro (dug out canoe) and search for wild life on game walks. You return to Maun on the last afternoon. You also have the option of a game flight over the Delta. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Day 5: Chobe National Park, Botswana
Continuing north on your African adventure tour, you set up camp in Kasane where you can relax and enjoy some great game viewing on an optional river cruise. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Days 6, 7 & 8: Livingstone (Victoria Falls), ZambiaAfter a spectacular game drive in Chobe you cross via a short ferry trip to Livingstone, the town on the Zambian side of the falls, where you do a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. The next days are free to do the many activities on offer e.g. white water rafting, bungy jumping, canoeing, micro lighting and more. Explore the town and visit the markets and the stunning Victoria Falls. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Day 9: Luangwa Bridge, ZambiaHeading north through rural Zambia you spend the night at Luangwa Bridge at a campsite on the banks of the Luangwa River that also forms the border between Zambia and Mozambique. Relax at the campsite’s bar and enjoy a magnificent sunset over this amazing river. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Day 10: Lilongwe MalawiOn this day of your African Adventure tour you make your way through Zambia into Malawi - the warm heart of Africa. You spend the afternoon exploring the colourful and vibrant markets of Lilongwe, experiencing the cultural blend of ancient and modern Africa. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Days 11, 12 & 13: Lake Malawi, Malawi.You journey to your camp on the shores of Lake Malawi. Relax on the beach, visit local villages and meet the smiling faces of Malawi, go horse riding or shop in the markets for some great carvings. Snorkelling and scuba diving the lake gives you an opportunity to discover the 500 species of colourful tropical fresh. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Day 14: Blantyre, MalawiAfter breakfast you leave Lake malawi behind, you head south to the town of Blantyre where you have the chance to do some final souvenir shopping. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Day 15: Chimoio, MozambiqueToday on your African adventure tour you cross into Mozambique. discover a land that has largely stayed untouched by modern day development, giving the traveller an opportunity to escape the beaten track. You set up camp in the small town of Chimoio. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 16, 17 & 18: Vilanculos, MozambiqueYou reach the coast of Mozambique and relax on the beach of this coastal town. Once a sleepy fishing village, Vilanculos is one of the most scenic spots on the Mozambique coast and the jumping off point to the Bazaruto Archipelago. Vilanculos is a tropical paradise set in unspoilt beaches of sea, sun and white sands. This area has world-class beaches washed by the Indian Ocean’s warm waters. Take an optional trip to the Bazaruto Islands to snorkel, do a water-based activity, or simply relax on the beach. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Days 19 & 20: Inhambane/Tofo, MozambiqueYour beach days are not over yet, as you spend 2 nights in Tofo and explore the bustling trading town of Inhambane. There are lots of water sports to enjoy including fantastic diving, snorkeling, parasailing or sailing. Breakfast and Dinner. |
Day 21: Maputo, MozambiqueLeaving the peace and tranquillity of the beach behind, you continue onto the bustling capital city of Maputo and have a free day to explore the city. With its attractive tree-lined avenues, it has a unique European feel about it and it has some great local restaurants.Breakfast. |
Days 22 & 23: Kruger National Park, South AfricaYou make your way to the Kruger National Park where you do game drives in search of the many species of animals that inhabit the Park. You spend your evenings camping inside the Park, listening to the sounds of the wild and enjoying the tranquillity of the African bushveld. An optional night drive can be organised. Breakfast & Dinner. |
Day 24: Johannesburg, South AfricaAfter an early game drive you head back to Johannesburg arriving late afternoon. Breakfast. |
